Lucky Plaza is probably one of the best places to pick up gifts and souvenirs. This aging shopping mall offers cameras, watches, luggages and cheap hair accessories. You can also get anything from clothes, bags and shoes to electronics goods. Discounts are possible if your bargaining skills are good.
Annoying tailors promise the best suits can prove to be an irritation, but Lucky Plaza remains a fascinating place to browse around.
Fill your stomach in the hawker-style food court of Lucky Plaza in the basement. The mall has recently become a hot spot for affordable Indonesian Cuisine. Over the past two years, 5 Indonesian Restaurants have sprouted here. They cater to the large Indonesian community that gathers there especially during weekends.
