In the heart of the district, this is yet another very plain, but spotlessly maintained and friendly place. Rooms are stripped to bare essentials - thin metal-frame beds, a chair or two, floor fans, TV - but it's not too bad if you don't mind feeling like a student on campus. Doubles have a bunk bed with a double on the base and single on top.
